GE Wedding: Programs

I literally threw these together the night before we left for our trip. I wasn't going to make these, since we only had 7 guests, but then I thought that the wedding coordinator at the hotel probably won't tell them where to go after the ceremony.  Anyway, I took some leftover rhinestone buckles for the front cover, and typed out the inside information as seen below. It's so much easier, when you only have so few to make.

I didn't have time the night I made these to take photos, so I quickly took photos at our hotel and didn't realize that I didn't take enough.
Thank goodness, my sister took the shot below at the gazebo location.  Please ignore those white chairs (that's another story).

Lauren + Dallas Table Cards

I'm always a fan of using Significant Years in table number cards.  Great way for the guests to get to know the couple a little better... Congratulations, Lauren & Dallas!!!

Christian + Grace: Wedding Suite

Mary Grace was married last weekend! We used the theme of love words/definitions in her chocolate/sage set of wedding stationery.  I did a little variation on the style so we could fit the table number, the word/definitions and their names/date with a hibiscus backdrop.
Matching tented menus....Grace wanted two for each table.  If you decide not to do individual menus, having one or two at each table will do just as well! Saves paper and costs!

Two reception programs were placed at each table

Grace had also ordered coordinating placecards, which are not pictured.
Here is a shot of her digital seating chart, which was printed at Kinkos!

Suze's Seating Chart

Another seating chart for a wonderful bride! Congrats Suze!
We tried it both orientations, portrait and landscape. To best match her frame and the width of the easel, she chose Landscape.

Busy busy busy! But here's a new monogram for Geanelle's October wedding. We'll be working on a few items for her, but this monogram is for her DIY invitations...

Angela + James

Angela and James are getting married this week! She asked for tented Chandelier Table Numbers with MATCHING tented menus. Each menu is 4x6 and double-sided so that guests all around the table may view their culinary treats...

Sarah + Matt

Sarah and Matt got married this weekend! Here are a few items from her Wedding Suite. I didn't have a chance to take photos of her reserved signs, but here is a glimpse of the rest... Congrats, Sarah & Matt!
These placecards are a new item available for purchase in the shop now. To save you time and money, GE Designs will offer placecards printed on a single cardstock sheet measured at 3.5 x 2.5 folded for $0.50 each.

Erin + Patrick

Erin and Patrick got married this weekend!

Erin was so easy to work with. And I look forward to the professional photos of her wedding. Her colors are chocolate, sage green, with the overall theme of mountain peaks. Congrats!
Unfortunately, the photos below are of the table numbers before the date got corrected to January 15, 2010...

GE Luxe Invitation: Chandelier Crystal Invitation BOXED

Here are some photos of the boxed version of the Chandelier Crystal Invitation in Chocolate and Dark Red.

Boxed Invitations are a unique way of presenting your invites to your guests, but keep in mind that shipping costs do add up. For one boxed invite, www.usps.com costs under $3.00 to ship (with delivery confirmations). I insert the boxes in white bubble envelopes 7 x 10 inches. I personally haven't mailed out any bulk shipments directly to guests, but there might be bulk rates available.

Tamara + Toby

Tamara was a joy to work with. She and Toby were married the 14th, and ordered a package from GE Designs for their autumn theme. She sent me her lovely monogram, which became part of the design theme of her paper products. Congrats Toby & Tamara!!!

Below are the covers of the programs. They are the A7 (5x7 inches) booklets, with the metallic cardstock upgrade.
Here's a closeup of her matching menus. Each guest had their own at their table setting. Here are her themed table cards -- based on my favorite basketball team, the Los Angeles Lakers, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. They used the names and jersey numbers of both teams' best players.

She ordered some personalized Reserved Seat signs for the bridal party and their parents...

And here is a shot of her poster-sized Seating Chart, with their monogram at the bottom.

And Tamara left the loveliest feedback in my etsy shop. Thanks Tamara!!!

" We loved all our reception materials...everything was beautiful and we got a lot of compliments. I started working with GEDesigns a month before my wedding and the entire process was smooth and simple. My wedding planner said we had some of the best stationery she had ever seen!"

Sarah + Tim

Sarah is the last bride of mine getting married this month! In her package, she ordered custom round labels and table numbers. She is a graphic designer herself, so this was probably one of the easiest last minute orders ever! She knew exactly what she wanted and I simply had to make a replica on my end and bring it to life. Here are her stickers...And her table numbers are extra large, measured at 6" x 9".
